ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite Christmas' would the year we got to go to my inlaws in MT...their town has a chopper that flies round town with "Santa's sleigh" on it on Christmas eve...My girls were beside themselves to find that he had thrown down little trinkets for them and they had to go out in the snow to retreive them! It was magical!

I am a GFC follower. The Christmas that will always stand out for me was when I was 5, my mom who was widowed and could not afford much for Christmas, made me a sweater and she made some doll clothes for one of my dolls that I agreed to let her give to my little sister for her gift. My uncle suprised us with a cupboard set that he made for me.

ReplyDeleteI am a GFC follower. I treasure every Christmas, but I think one of my favorites as an adult is my first Christmas with my husband in Indiana. I had never had a white Christmas until I moved here! =D

Hi - I'm now following you on GFC. My biggest memory of a Christmas event was when I was 14 and the power went out at our house. We ended up driving to Grandma's and spending the weekend there. The car didn't have heat and it was old - but it was still an unusual/interesting holiday all around.

I love the Christmas when my 2 youngest came riding into my bedroom, one on her new bike and the other on her new scooter. They were so happy and wanted us to get up so they could open the other gifts under the tree.
