Hot House Flower and the 9 Plants of Desire,
by Margot Berwin

Release Date: June 16, 2009

Tropical plants, desire, adventure and greed take you on a fast-paced journey in Margot Berwin's book, Hot House Flower and the 9 Plants of Desire. This book is exceptionally written. Divorced, and somewhat lonely Lila happens upon a Bird of Paradise plant at a street market in New York City, unbeknown to her, this is the beginning of a great change in her life. As Lila's plant thrives so does her desire to fill her home with tropical plants, bringing her on an adventure that leads to betrayal and desire. As we learn about the 9 plants of desire, we learn something of ourselves, this book greatly reflects our basic needs and what drives us to obtain them. Will Lila succeed in making up for her betrayal, will she emerge from the jungle alive, and what will she learn from the experience of desire? Once you pick up this book you will not be able to put it down until you have completed the journey with Lila.

WOW..great book, I read this in a couple of hours and will read it again, wonderful story line and plot, would love to see more from this author and I highly recommend it, intersting enough for even those who do not love plants!
