My Thoughts:
I loved this book, if you enjoy anything Amish you will want a copy of Amish Values for Your Family!  This book happens to be one of those you can read over and over and learn something new each time, it's a book to share with loved one and one to simply help you slow down your day.

There is a lot to take away from this book, each chapter is full of simple Amish wisdom, wisdom that the rest us of could learn from.  We don't have to be Amish to slow down and cherish life, but we can learn from them. 

The Amish work hard, and have a simple way of life, have you thought lately about what you could do to simplify your life?  I think that if I could get rid of some of the clutter in my life and stick to the important tasks, instead of getting side-tracked by things that don't matter it would greatly simply my life.

This is a book that I will leave out and read from time to time as a gentle reminder to myself of what I can do to make my life and the lives of those around me better.  Give the book a try, you'll be glad you did!
